Youth Activities Coordinator

As a RAY Youth Activities Coordinator, you will deliver high quality youth programming in your community to help build youth resilience. You will have an opportunity to make a difference in a young person’s life and drive change. Additionally, your service will make a positive impact in your community.

Improve Rural Youth Access To Afterschool Activities!

If your organization is a Tribal Government, School, City Government or Non-Profit located in rural Alaska you are eligible to host our program! RurAL CAP will work with your organization to identify a local candidate. RurAL CAP asks that partner organizations provide office space, a site supervisor, and a youth meeting space locally, while RurAL CAP bears all employment and training related expenses for your local Youth Activities Coordinator.
